FAQs

Do I need to be a regular cyclist to compete in Suit Up & Ride?

No, Suit Up & Ride is an event for everyone. The RACV Bikeshare bicycles provided are safe and sturdy and easy to ride.

 Is all the equipment provided?

Not quite. The bikes are provided but you will need to bring your own bicycle helmet.

Can our company enter more than one team?

Yes of course. In fact we think some companies might even have their own competition within the overall competition.

Is our team registration fee tax deductible?

Yes it is, as are all additional donations we hope our wonderful teams will be able to generate.

What if it’s raining?

Well it will put a dampener on things but we will still proceed. You might want to prepare by bringing a change of clothes and some wet weather gear.

When do we need to register our team by?

ASAP. We have only a strictly limited number of teams we can cater for on the day so make sure you don’t miss out. When we reach capacity we will cease further registrations.

Once we have registered when will we receive all necessary event details?

All teams will receive notification of their registration immediately following payment. We will then remain in contact with your designated team captain providing all relevant information well prior to event day on Friday, November 25th.

A Message from Professor McGorry

A sincere thank you to all who supported Suit Up and Ride this year, either by sponsoring, putting a team in, donating prizes or donating through Fox FM's Champ Vs Chump". Your contribution will directly help OYH to help young people with a mental illness. We have been overwhelmed with the support from the community. Once again, thank you Melbourne and we look forward to your support next year.
